Return and Refund Policy

Returning & Refund: 

We do not accept returns, refunds or cancellations. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order and double check your order before placing your order. Cancellations on orders are invalid after the order has been shipped. 

 

Lost / Stolen / Damaged Package: 

Please contact the courier directly if there is any issue with shipping. After the packages have been handed to the shipping courier it is their responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged goods. If necessary, please contact us and we will send you proof of receipt so you can make a claim with the shipping courier.

Custom Fees & Imports: 

The receiver of the products ordered from our store is responsible for the custom fees. We cannot predict the custom fee for you as each country has a different import tax law. We will not be responsible for the fee and as written above there will be no return or exchange.

 

We reserve the right to modify our policies at any time and they will take effect immediately. We are not required to notify you when our policy changes. Please read and review our policies thoroughly and regularly for any changes.
